• Anonymous analytics (if you consent): page views, browser type, country, referral source. No personally identifiable information.
• YouTube embed cookies (if you consent): when you watch the presentation video, YouTube may set cookies on your device.
• Itch.io embed: the play widget loads content from itch.io, which may set its own cookies.
• Session storage: your language preference is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and is not sent to any server.

We do not collect: your name, email address, IP address (stored), phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

This website embeds content from the following third parties, each with their own privacy policies:

• YouTube (Google LLC) — video embedding, only loaded after consent. YouTube/Google may set cookies including doubleclick.net tracking cookies. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Itch.io — game embed widget, only loaded after consent. Privacy policy: itch.io/docs/legal/privacy-policy

Note on doubleclick.net: This is a Google-owned advertising and tracking domain. It was previously loaded via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). We have removed all Google Fonts dependencies and replaced them with system fonts. doubleclick.net cookies can now only appear if you consent to the YouTube embed, as YouTube uses this domain internally.

These third parties may collect data independently when you interact with their embedded content.

Essential cookies (no consent required): session storage for language preference. These are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Optional cookies (consent required): YouTube embed and any future analytics. These are only loaded after you give consent.

6.1 Consent Proof (GDPR Article 7(1))

• Signature — a unique hash (format: WLD-2.0.0-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx) identifying your consent record
• IP address — fetched from api.ipify.org at the moment of consent
• Timestamp — exact date and time of consent (ISO 8601)
• User agent — your browser and operating system
• Language — your browser language preference
• Preferences — which categories you accepted or rejected
• Version — consent version (changes require re-consent)

This record is visible in the cookie preferences modal under "Consent Record". It is stored locally and is not sent to any server. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Withdraw consent" in the modal, which deletes the record.

YouTube: The presentation video is only loaded after you accept YouTube cookies. If you refuse, a placeholder is shown instead.

Itch.io: The game widget is only loaded after you accept Itch.io cookies. If you refuse, a placeholder is shown instead.

7. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. Anonymous analytics data (if enabled) is retained for a maximum of 13 months. Cookies set by third parties (YouTube, Itch.io) are governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy

This website does not knowingly collect any data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed by third parties (YouTube/Google, Itch.io) located outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as per GDPR Article 46.
